Meet Our Amazing Teachers
Kelsey
Pilates. Yoga. Barre
Growing up a competitive dancer, Kelsey has always had a passion for movement. She attended Minnesota State- Mankato for Exercise Science and hold numerous certifications in barre, Pilates, Lagree, Pilates ProWorks and yoga (YRT-300 Lifetime Fitness). She has been teaching since 2008 and was voted “Most Inspiring Instructors” in 2016 and “Best Instructors in Minneapolis” 2018.
Kelsey believes that listening to your body during practice is key- moments to “push” and moments to “pause” are honored equally. Our body changes constantly, so do our needs in practice. She also holds a deep connection with her own practice and believes it helps her to be the best mom, partner and teacher she can be.
Kelsey and her husband reside in Victoria with their 4 children. She’s a proud “Hockey Mom” and loves traveling with her family.
Kaitlyn Kraemer
Pilates. Barre
has a passion for low-impact fitness and has taught multiple Barre formats including classic Barre, Cardio Barre, and Barre Sculpt. She focuses on isometric and compound movements using light weights to target even the smallest of muscles during her classes. Kaitlyn lives in St. Louis Park and spends her free time at the MPLS farmers market and on long walks with her dog, Oliver.
Maggy Prochnow
Yoga
Maggy found her love for yoga in 2013, when she attended her first yoga class. In 2016 she completed her yoga Sculpt Teacher Training through CorePower yoga and then went on to receive her 200 RYT certification in 2019. Her passion for fitness brought her to begin teaching a mix of group fitness classes in 2020, she believes all movement is good movement for the body. She is currently working on her NASM Elite training certification to further her knowledge in the fitness industry. In her free time She enjoys wake surfing, gardening and traveling!
Kari
Yoga. Strong 45
Kari believes when you are mindful about your breathing, you are doing yoga! She sees that awareness as a simple way we can all incorporate a yoga practice into moments of our daily life. She has not met a yoga class that she did not enjoy. In class we will attend to the mindfulness of breath and body awareness while exploring creative flows, fun transitions and accessible postures. Her favored styles to share are Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Adaptive/Therapeutic and anything using props.She moved with her family from Texas back to Minnesota in 2019 after spending 5 years in the south where she successfully completed 200 YTT and 300 YTT at Blue Anjou Yoga & Meditation Studio in Lewisville, TX. Currently, she is studying with Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy in order to gain extensive understanding about the therapeutic benefits yoga can provide for all.
Dani Malin
Yoga Sculpt. Yoga. Dance Jam
Dani has a passion for health and wellness and has taught a wide range of group fitness classes since 2013 including yoga, Zumba, and Les Mills Body Combat. She resides in Mound, MN with her husband and three young boys. She also teaches middle school math at Avail Academy in Orono.
Tomia
Yoga. Strong 45
Tomia grew up in rural Wisconsin catching frogs and climbing trees. Her love for the outdoors grew into a passion for a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle and a passionate career a personal trainer. Tomia’s focus is on functional strength, helping clients to feel good and empowered in their bodies. Her professional experience ranges from axe throwing coach to corrective exercise. Personal hobbies include ninja warrior, cycling, rollerblading and Olympic power lifting.
Erica
Yoga. Yoga Sculpt
Erica found her seat with yoga in 2008 with a candlelight rest and restore class and ever since, has expanded her practice to include a variety of teachers and classes. In 2011 she completed her Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga and loves the combination this style of class offers with traditional yoga postures and weights. She began her 235hr RYT certification in 2023 at Devanadi and will be graduating in April 2024. To expand her love for health and wellness, Erica began her Ayurvedic Level 1 practitioner education in January 2024 with Shakti School and is a Level II Reiki practitioner. Erica is a freelance photographer based in Minneapolis and in her spare time, she enjoys taking her son camping, making homemade pizzas, biking and hiking with her son and giving back to the yoga community.
Laurie Sigel
Dance Jam
Laurie loves seeing people of all ages and abilities together, enjoying moving their bodies, laughing, adding their own little style to the movements, all while knowing it’s making a huge positive impact on their health and lives. Laurie has been teaching cardio fitness dance since 2010 and grew up dancing competitively at Stage Door under the direction of Sue Franks (the original Vikings Cheerleader Coach & Choreographer).
Hollace Masino
Yoga
Hollace is passionate about making ancient wisdom from the yoga tradition easily accessible and relevant in today’s world. With over thirty years as a yogi and 20+ years teaching, Hollace is a trainer of yoga teachers since ~2008. Her yoga background includes certifications from Kripalu and ParaYoga as well as thousands of hours of formal and informal training with Gary Kraftsow, Judith Lasater, Yoganand Michael Carroll, Rod Stryker, Pandit Rajmani Tuginait, Baron Baptiste, Stephanie Keach, Leslie Kaminoff, Cindy Lee, Annie Carpenter and many others. I am extremely fortunate to have had such diverse exposure to many inspiring and skilled yogis to inform my journey.
In 2018, I relocated to Minnesota from North Carolina where I had owned and directed a yoga school. When I closed the doors to the Yoga Shala, I opened another to new possibilities of living and sharing the wisdom of yoga. I now reside with my husband and our dog in Golden Valley. My energy and expertise are channeled into being a wife, fur-baby mama, part-time yoga teacher and trainer, and full-time instructional designer.
Bridget Rosdahl
Strong 45
Bridget Rosdahl, originally from Crookston, MN, has built an extensive career in fitness since studying Exercise Science and Dance at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Now residing in Saint Bonifacius with her husband Mike and their two beloved dogs, Norman and Jax, Bridget brings her dynamic energy to group fitness, drawing on years of experience in personal training, corporate wellness, and high school athletic programs. She is skilled in teaching various formats, from Boot Camps and HIIT to Yoga Stretch and Mat Pilates, and is passionate about helping clients evolve in their wellness journeys to feel energized and strong.
Chelsea Kroes

Chelsea Kroes is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of practice, known for her versatile approach that ranges from dynamic power flows to gentle yin sessions for deep relaxation. Also a skilled Reiki practitioner, Chelsea integrates holistic wellness into her teaching, creating a supportive environment for community and connection. Beyond the studio, Chelsea is an entrepreneur with a passion for travel and time spent with her two boys. Her zest for life and commitment to holistic healing inspire and uplift others on their wellness paths.
