If you see a blonde with braids in a blue yoga fit, you’ve found me.

My yoga journey began in 2013 while working in health coaching. I was looking for a form of movement I could enjoy and build into a lasting habit. What began as a way to move my body soon became a way of moving through life. Yoga became a place to recharge, reconnect, and return to myself—a place I can always find on my mat. That return is what I hope to offer my students.

My classes are warm, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that everyone belongs. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, with whatever your body, mind, and heart need that day. There is no expectation to be anything other than present.

You don’t have to arrive as a better version of yourself. You just have to arrive.
I believe the mat meets us where we are, and that simply showing up can be an act of self-care, connection, and courage. My hope is to create space for you to come back to yourself, recharge your energy, and carry a little more of that connection with you when you step back into the world.

I am a teacher, but I am always a student, too. I’m grateful to learn alongside the people who practice with me, and to be reminded again and again that there is always more to discover.
