At Hola, reserving a class is a commitment to attend. To create a more consistent experience for our members and instructors, we’re introducing an updated reservation policy that applies to all classes—not just those that are full or have a waitlist.

• Cancel your reservation at least 3 hours before class to avoid a fee.
• Cancellations made within 3 hours of class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
• If you reserve a spot and do not attend, a $10 no-show fee will be charged.
• This policy applies to every reserved class, regardless of class size or whether there is a waitlist.
• Your reservation helps us plan our schedule, support our instructors, and create the best experience for everyone in our community. If your plans change, we simply ask that you cancel as soon as possible so your spot becomes available and our class attendance remains accurate.

To help us maintain a sustainable class schedule, classes with 4 or fewer registered participants may be canceled due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled, registered members will be notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time, and any class credit will be returned to their account.
