During the classes I lead, my goal is to explore breath, meditation, and body awareness through accessible movement and supportive prop‑based postures. I aim to help students build presence and carry the benefits of yoga into everyday life. And if there’s a prop in the room…we will probably use it. I enjoy teaching a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Adaptive/Therapeutic yoga. Originally from Minnesota, my family and I relocated to Texas in 2014, where I found a second home at Blue Anjou Yoga & Meditation Studio in Lewisville. There, I completed both my 200‑hour and 300‑hour YTT programs. We returned to Minnesota in 2019, and I am currently continuing my studies with Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy to deepen my understanding of yoga’s therapeutic benefits for all bodies and all phases of life. I love being a part of the Hola Yoga community, and I value the connection and shared energy that comes from this special place.
